When it comes to driving in runs on a NCAA D1 softball field, nobody from Alaska has done it better than Pauline Tufi of Anchorage.

The Louisiana Tech slugger pushed her career RBI total to 139 to pass Anchorage’s Lillian Bullock for the state’s all-time lead.

Bullock collected 138 RBIs at North Carolina A&T from 2008 to 2011.

Tufi, of West High fame, is a senior first baseman who leads LaTech with six home runs and ranks second with 23 RBIs.

Her 33 career home runs ranks one behind Bullock’s 34 for the most among Alaskans at the D1 level.
