Anchorage’s Reece Robinson doesn’t start for Northwest Christian, but man does he finish.

The sophomore transfer is among the team leaders in points, rebounds, blocked shots and 3-pointers despite coming off the bench and playing fewer minutes. He’s making the most out of the playing time he does get.

Robinson, of Service High fame, has been in double digits in five of six games and ranks third on the NAIA team with 65 points and a 10.8 average. His season high is 16.

The 6-foot-4 forward leads Northwest Christian with 12 offensive rebounds and is second with a 6.2 average. His season high is eight.

He has blocked a team-high five shots.

The former Alaska Class 4A player of the year is shooting nearly as well from the 3-point line [7-for-14] as he is the free-throw line [8-for-15].
