When it comes to efficiency on the basketball court, nobody in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference is better than Travon Brackett of Anchorage.

The Holy Cross College senior is the only player in the NAIA league that ranks in the top 10 in total rebounds, assists and free-throw percentage. He ranks 11th in turnover-to-assist ratio.

Brackett, of West Valley High fame, has made an immediate impact with his new school in Indiana after transferring from Ancilla College.

The 6-foot-4 forward is averaging 12.2 points in 21 games and has led the Saints in scoring six times. His season high is 24.

He has collected 126 rebounds, 72 assists and 31 steals, and is shooting his free throws at a 80 percent clip [52-of-65].

Holy Cross is 12-9 on the season, 6-5 in the CCAC.
