Seth Downs of Anchorage earned a bronze medal in the men’s 45-49 age group at the Masters World Cup 30K in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

He finished third among 30 men as was the top finishing American with a time of 1 hour, 08 minutes, 26 seconds.

The 87-year-old skier finished the race in 27:28.
