Eagle River’s Emmie Jennings has come alive at the Mountain West Championships in San Antonio, Texas.

The Boise State sophomore swimmer has picked up three conference titles in three different relays and turned in a personal record in the individual 100 butterfly.

And she could walk away with another championship as the Broncos hold a comfortable lead going into the final day of the meet Saturday.

Boise State leads the team standings with 817 points, as Nevada, San Diego State and Wyoming remain within striking distance.

Jennings, of Chugiak High fame, was part of a 400-yard medley relay team that posted the sixth-best time in program history and fifth-best in MW history in 3:36.03.

She was also part of winning teams in the 200 medley and 200 freestyle.

In the fly, she placed fourth overall in 53.77 and made the NCAA B cut.
