Wasilla slugger Ben Ross crushed home runs in all three games for the Corban Warriors during NAIA college baseball action against Whitman in Walla Walla, Washington.

The 6-foot-4 senior outfielder finished the series 5-for-12 with five RBIs and five runs scored.

He extended his second hitting streak to seven games and has hit safely in 17 of the last 19 games to raise his batting average to .296.

Ross, of Colony High fame, hit home runs in three straight games for the first time and now has nine dingers for his three-year college career at Corban [4] and Blue Mountain [5].

In 21 games this season, he’s driven in 15 runs and scored a dozen more. He’s also stolen five bases.
