Eagle River’s Alev Kelter saw her 11-game scoring streak snapped as the Team USA women’s 7s rugby team dropped a 14-5 decision to France in the final Pool C game at the Paris Cup.

The loss dropped the Americans to 2-1 in pool play and they will next play Canada in the tournament quarterfinals.
