Hall records 225th career tackle, 4th interception for Idaho
From walk-on to captain, Ed Hall of Eagle River already has had a storybook career with the University of Idaho football team.
Now he’s knocking on the door of a storied career.
The senior linebacker inched closer to the venerable 250-tackle club and has a shot to crack the top-20 in career tackles with at least four games left in the season.
Hall, of Eagle River High fame, recorded three tackles and an interception in the Vandals 31-12 win over Southern Utah in Moscow, Idaho.
The 6-foot, 215-pounder stands tall with 225 career tackles in 44 games.
Earlier this year against UC Davis he collected a game-high 12 tackles, including six solo and two for loss. He also broke up a pass in coverage.
Hall also has four career interceptions, including three last year.
