Terry’s 3-pointer sparks crazy comeback for Hardin-Simmons
A 3-pointer by Seward’s Jalen Terry kickstarted a 10-0 run inside the final minute of the game that propelled Hardin-Simmons University to a 98-95 win over LeTourneau in Longview, Texas.
The 6-foot-7 senior scored all 13 of his points in the second half, capped by a 3-pointer with 42 seconds left that cut a seven-point deficit to 95-91.
Terry, of ACS fame, drained 3-for-6 from downtown to go with six rebounds.
He is averaging 12.1 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game this season.
