Treder ranks No. 1 nationally in NAIA for wrestling weight class
University of Providence wrestler Dajan Treder of Anchorage is the NAIA’s No. 1-ranked woman at 123 pounds.
The graduate transfer from Jamestown University has won 17 of 18 matches this season and captured three tournament titles for the Argonauts.
Treder, of West High fame, won her weight class at the Battle of the Rockies, Spokane Collegiate Open and Mike Clock Open. She placed second at the Cliff Keen West Coast Tournament of Champions.
Among her 17 victories include four pins and 11 by technical fall.
Treder was an NAIA All-American at Jamestown.
