Hausinger scores career-high 11th goal for UMass-Lowell
Anchorage’s Kenny Hausinger continued his hot streak for the University of Massachusetts-Lowell hockey team.
The junior forward has six points in the last 10 games, including his career-high 11th goal over the weekend in a 2-2 tie with New Hampshire.
Hausinger, of Dimond High fame, has 30 goals in 101 career games with the NCAA D1 program.
He has seen his goals total increase each season, going from nine his freshman season to 10 as a sophomore to 11 as a junior. The regular season ends Friday night.
Hausinger is Alaska’s active NCAA D1 career leader in goals (30), assists (26) and points (56).
