Miller finishes NWAC season ranked top 10 in scoring, assists

Moses Miller of Anchorage finished the NWAC regular season with his fourth 30-point scoring performance for Southern Oregon Community College.

The sophomore guard pumped in 32 points on 10 field goals and eight free throws in an 82-81 loss to Clark. All four 30-point games came in the last 13 games.

Miller, of East High fame, finished the regular season ranked No. 9 in the NWAC with 19.6 points per game and No. 2 with 5.9 assists per game. He was also No. 10 with 5.7 free-throw attempts.

His season highs were 36 points, eight rebounds, 12 assists and seven steals in 27 games.

Miller scored 914 career points in his two seasons at SWOCC and averaged 17.2 points in 53 career games.
