Bailey-Parsons wins game for Olympic with two-out walk-off RBI
Cooper Bailey-Parsons of Anchorage drove in the winning run with two outs in the bottom of the ninth inning to provide an 8-7 walk-off win for Olympic over Skagit Valley in Bremerton, Washington.
The freshman third baseman finished 1-for-4 for the game and 2-for-8 in the doubleheader. He doubled in Game 1.
He’s hitting .260 in 23 games with one home run and 15 RBIs.
Bailey-Parsons, of Service High fame, has been a standout among the eight Alaskans in the NWAC this year, leading the 907 pack in several offensive category, including RBIs, extra-base hits (6) and total bases (27).
