Miller picks up in college where she left off in high school
One of the most prolific high school soccer players from Alaska is off to a great start in college.
Juneau’s Malia Miller ranks second on Bellevue College with five points on two goals and an assist in her first four games.
The freshman forward is coming off her best game in the NWAC with a goal and helper in 4-0 win over Pierce in Seattle, Washington.
Miller, of Juneau-Douglas High fame, scored 105 goals as a prep player and last season was the Gatorade Alaska Player of the Year.
