Oral Roberts University and its 6-foot-10 Alaskan are back at it again.

For the third time this season, the Golden Eagles have knocked off a nationally ranked opponent.

Last night it was No. 12 New Mexico, which fell from its unbeaten perch after a 75-66 loss in Tulsa, Okla.

Freshman Damen Bell-Holter of Hydaburg did his part with 5 points and 2 rebounds in 15 minutes.

The two-time all-state selection for Ketchikan High School has scored in all 13 games for Oral Roberts (7-6).

In addition, he has enjoyed victories over ranked teams like Missouri and Stanford while losing to perennial powers such as Louisville, Virginia and Wake Forest.

But Wednesday’s victory was especially sweet because it was Oral Roberts’ first at home over a ranked opponent since 1996.
