Bartelli sixth at Pac-10 Championships (Wrestling)

Boise State junior Alan Bartelli of Wasilla finished sixth in the 125-pound weight class today at the Pac-10 Championships in Davis, Calif.
It was a disappointing showing by the Alaskan considering he was seeded third.
Bartelli, a three-time state champion at Wasilla High, dropped an 11-7 decision in his first match to No. 6 seed Frank Lomas of Cal State Bakersfield. He bounced back to win a consolation match before losing to eventual third-place finisher Ryan Mango of Stanford.
Oregon State won the Pac-10 championship with 127 points, with Boise State just two points back in second.
Bartelli finished his season with 24 wins.
