It’s do or die for Robinson in spring game (Football)
After failing to make a big impact on the University of Miami football coaches in spring practice, Kylan Robinson of Anchorage is hoping his luck changes in today’s intrasquad scrimmage.
Robinson, of East High fame, will start at middle linebacker.
“I’ve got to give it all I got and show them what I got,” Robinson told reporters. “This is the last time I get to be out in front of teammates and coaches for a while. I just got to lay it all out there.”
The 6-foot-1, 235-pound senior has logged most of the playing time this spring in large part because of the injuries to a couple starters.
However, both starters are expected to play on the outside when they return, leaving Robinson as the best option in the middle.
But that could change based on Robinson’s play.
