Langdon reaches Russian Finals (Basketball)

CSKA Moscow didn’t reach the Euroleague Finals earlier this month, but the perennial power is headed back to the Russian League Finals.
Starting guard Trajan Langdon of Anchorage and CSKA beat crosstown rival Dynamo Moscow 88-80 in Game 3 of their best-of-5 series, clinching a spot in the championship series.
Langdon, of East High fame, logged 34 minutes. He struggled with his shot, missing seven of nine shots for five points (10 below his season average), but helped out in other areas.
The 6-foot-3 guard handed out four assists, grabbed three rebounds and made one steal.
His four assists matched his season high in Russian League play.
A few weeks ago, CSKA Moscow lost in the Euroleague semifinals but bounced back to win the third-place game thanks to Langdon’s season-high 32 points.
