Just call Doron Perkins of Anchorage the Israeli League’s Rajon Rondo.

The do-everything Alaska point guard was brilliant in the biggest game of the season for Maccabi Tel Aviv, delivering in all facets during a 104-78 victory over Netanya in the semifinals of the league championships.

Perkins, of Bartlett High fame, bagged 14 points, seven assists, six rebounds and four steals in a Rondo-type effort.

The 6-foot-2 playmaker also earned a team-high player ranking of 19, which means he would have been the winning team’s star player interviewed by a TV sideline reporter.

Perkins, 27, is averaging 9.9 points, 4.7 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 2.0 steals in 47 games this season.

Maccabi Tel Aviv advanced to the Israeli League championship game on Thursday against Galil Gilboa, which is undefeated in the 2010 postseason.
