Way shuts down Intimidators (Baseball)

Sitka southpaw Matt Way won his fourth consecutive start last night for the Lakewood (Fla.) BlueClaws, a Class A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies.
Way threw six strong innings in a 4-1 victory over the Kannapolis Intimidators, giving up six hits and three walks while striking out a half dozen.
The 23-year-old pitcher improved to 6-4 and lowered his ERA to 3.49 in 13 games this season.
A strikeout machine, he has fanned 75 batters in 71 1/3 innings. His game high is 10.
