Carver bags first college goal (Soccer)

September 16, 2010

Soldotna’s Blaine Carver was one of the best in Alaska when it came to scoring goals in high school, so you figured it wouldn’t take him long to get his first one with Seattle Pacific University. The freshman forward scored in the 82nd minute to force overtime in a 2-1 loss to Mesa State. Carver was the 2009 Alaska Gatorade Player of the Year who scored a total of 77 career goals as a prep star.
