Oleson keeps shutting ‘em down (Basketball)

Now a starter for Spanish Premier League champion Caja Laboral, Brad Oleson of North Pole is a backcourt stopper.
Just ask Ricky Rubio.
Oleson continued his defensive wizardry in the season opener, holding his counterpart scoreless in a 92-47 clubbing of overmatched Meridiano Alicante.
The 6-foot-3 guard scored nine points in 19 minutes, nailing 3 of 4 jumpers from downtown.
Oleson, of UAF fame, added two assists and one steal.
In last season’s Spanish Premier League Finals, the Alaskan helped shut down Rubio, a NBA lottery pick who declined to play for the Timberwolves in favor of Barcelona.
