Induction ceremony Tuesday night (Hall of Fame)

The Alaska Sports Hall of Fame will honor the Class of 2011 on Tuesday night from 6 to 7:30 at the Anchorage Museum auditorium.
The ceremony will feature video biographies, portrait unveilings and trophy presentations to the inductees.
Nordic skier Kikkan Randall will be introduced by her aunt and mentor, Olympian Betsy Haines.
Coach Chuck White will be introduced by five of his former players – one from each decade that he coached.
NHL champion Scott Gomez bringing home the Stanley Cup in 2000 will be inducted as a moment.
The grueling Mount Marathon race in Seward will be inducted in the event category. There will be 24 former race champions spanning seven decades and owning 66 combined titles on hand.
