Madden achieves career milestone (Baseball)

Anchorage’s Corey Madden pitched in the 170th game of his professional career tonight, tossing two innings of scoreless relief for the Double-A Jacksonville Suns.
The 27-year-old right-hander has been in the minor leagues since 2006, progressively advancing each year.
For his career, he has compiled a 16-10 record with 12 saves and a 3.03 ERA in 252.1 innings.
Madden, of East Post 34 fame, has a 217 to 99 strikeout-to-walk ratio.
He is 2-1 with a 2.72 ERA in 24 games this season.
