Karlberg’s play bright spot in loss (Basketball)

Anchorage’s Leif Karlberg was one of the lone bright spots for The Master’s College in a 91-82 loss to the Academy of Art University.
He scored 17 points in 28 minutes before fouling out.
Karlberg, of Grace Christian fame, drilled a 3 to give The Master’s its last lead at 31-30.
The team got down by as many as 19 before getting within 84-76 on Karlberg’s three-point play.
Karlberg made just four field goals but three of them were 3s. He was also 6 for 7 from the foul line.
The Master’s [10-3] is guided by former Alaska high school coach Chuck Martin.
