Kopp nabs NAIA All-American (Running)
At this rate The Master’s College might just name a street after Holly Kopp of Kenai.
The greatest runner in school history, Kopp became the first woman to earn All-America honors in cross country after finishing 10th at the NAIA Championships.
Kopp, of Grace Christian fame, won the Biola Invitational earlier this season to give the program its first individual victory.
But that’s nothing to what she did on the national level.
“I think that the spotlight is on Holly Kopp,” her coach Zach Schroeder told The Santa Clarita Valley Signal, “Those benchmarks really are critical ingredients to be able to move the program forward.”
