Today the Seattle University women’s basketball team made history.

And its got Alaska’s Talisa Rhea to thank.

The senior guard wasn’t ready to have her collegiate career end just yet, putting together a nearly perfect performance in an 82-65 win over Wright State in the quarterfinals of the Women’s Basketball Invitational.

Rhea, of Juneau-Douglas fame, scored 18 points, dished 7 assists and grabbed 6 rebounds to give Seattle its first 20-win season as a NCAA D1 program.
