Louhabanjong keeps winning for IUP [Tennis]

Indiana University of Pennsylvania sophomore Tabtip Louhabanjong of Anchorage extended her winning streak in both singles and doubles in a 9-0 victory over Clarion University in the regular-season finale.

Louhabanjong, of West High fame, won her fourth consecutive No. 1 singles match with a 6-1, 6-2 win over Jaclyn Metzger. She is 18-11 on the season.

At No. 1 doubles, she and partner Katie Eaton have won seven straight matches after posting an 8-1 win over Clarion. The winners are now 19-8 overall.

IUP [18-6, ranked No. 41 nationally] will next face Slippery Rock in the conference tournament quarterfinals Tuesday.
