No decision for Way in second start [Baseball]
May 25, 2012

Sitka’s Matt Way saw his scoreless streak snapped in his second start with the Laredo Lemurs of the American Association, an independent pro league.
The 6-foot-2 southpaw starter didn’t figure in the decision in his team’s 9-6 loss to the Amarillo Sox.
Way, a former Philadelphia Phillies farm hand, threw four shutout innings before giving up two runs in the fifth and getting pulled.
He walked 5 and struck out 3.
Way [1-0] has a 2.00 ERA in 9 innings.
