Oleson, Perkins shine in playoffs [Basketball]

The 6-foot-3 guard pumped in 12 points in 35 minutes, thanks in part to 3-of-5 3-point shooting.
Oleson, of UAF fame, bounced back from scoring just 2 points in 23 points in Game 1.
He is averaging 10 points in 36 games this season and ranks No. 2 in the Spanish League in 3-point accuracy at .465 percent.
Third seeded Caja Laboral [25-11] beat No. 6 Gescrap 2-0 in the best-of-5 series.

In Italy, Doron Perkins of Anchorage played a pivotal role in helping Bennet Cantu crush Scavolini 74-47 to claim a 2-0 advantage in its quarterfinal playoff series.
The 6-foot-2 starting point guard delivered 13 points, 6 rebounds and 3 steals in 29 minutes.
Perkins, of Bartlett High fame, had 11 points and 9 rebounds in Game 1.
Third seeded Bennet Cantu improved to 23-11 this season, 12-3 when Perkins plays.
