Carver moves up GNAC record book [Soccer]

Alaska’s Blaine Carver keeps moving his name up the list of all-time leading scorers in Great Northwest Athletic Conference men’s soccer history.

All the while Seattle Pacific University keeps winning.

The Soldotna striker today collected an assist in a 5-3 win over GNAC opponent Saint Martin’s, lifting the country’s 12th-ranked team D2 team to 8-1-2 on the season.

Carver, a junior, has 32 career points and is nearing the top 40 all-time leading scorers in league history; he is 13th among SPU players.

Carver leads the Falcons this year in points [10] and goals [4]. For his career he has 14-4-32 totals in 45 games.
