Eastern Washington senior Kevin Winford of Anchorage continued his late-season surge, pumping in a season-high 13 points in a 72-68 win over Montana State in Big Sky action.
The 5-foot-11 guard also grabbed a season-high seven rebounds to go with four assists.
Winford, of Bartlett High fame, is averaging 11 points over his last five games, twice his season average [5.7].
