Bullock pumps in 32 in Norway [Basketball]
Lured back from retirement two months ago, Peter Bullock of Anchorage proved he’s still got game.
The 6-foot-7 forward pumped in a season-high 32 points to lead Froya Basket to a 99-91 win over Centrum in the third-place game of the BLNO championship series in Norway.
Bullock, of East High fame, made 12-of-17 shots from the field and 7-of-8 from the foul line. He also pulled down seven rebounds.
He retired last year to focus on a career in business before returning to the court in late January. In 15 games since his return Bullock averaged 16.9 points on 28.8 minutes.
In the two-game championship series, he scored 20 points in a loss and 32 in a win on a combined 21-for-29 shooting.
It was his highest scoring game since his 33-point night in February of 2011.
Froya Basket went 11-4 with Bullock on the court, a year after he helped the team win a Norwegian League championship.
