Leigh sizzles for Quinnipiac in loss [Volleyball]

Freshman Allison Leigh of Palmer slammed a season-high 11 kills to go with a .333 hitting percentage for Quinnipiac in a five-set loss to Manhattan in MAAC action in Riverdale, N.Y.
The 6-foot-3 middle hitter surpassed her previous high of 10 kills and delivered her highest attack percentage in six weeks.
Leigh, of Colony High fame, also had five blocks to push her conference-leading season total to 58 while she continues to lead the MAAC with 1.07 blocks per set.
