University of Colorado-Colorado Springs hurdler Jessica Todd of Anchorage turned in the fastest 400-meter hurdles race of her life when it mattered most.
The junior earned all-conference honors for the second straight year after placing second at the RMAC Outdoor Championships in Colorado. Her time of 1:03.83 was a school record.
She finished third in the race last year in 1:04.16.
