The victory came in last night’s Absolute FC 23 main event in Florida, with Heun winning the light heavyweight fight by TKO.

It was his seventh victory in 10 professional fights. It was also his quickest knockout of his career.

“The fight went how it was supposed to go,” he told me. “I think the head kick rocked him and then he was kind of done.”

The 27-year-old Alaskan beat a fighter in Fields that came into the night with 28 career victories.

Heun ‘The Honey Bear’ has won five of his last six fights and was coming off his most significant victory in the World Series of Fighting.
