Feeney runs point for top offense in Heartland Conference

Thomas Feeney of Anchorage is probably why.

The senior point guard is one of the most productive offensive players in the NCAA D2 conference, ranking No. 2 in 3-point shooting percentage and No. 4 in assists.

Feeney, of West High fame, is averaging 9.5 points in six games. Last year it was 14.6 points.

UTPB is putting up close to 96 points per game.

He has made 9-of-17 3s for a gaudy .529 percentage.

His assist-to-turnover ratio is 25-17. He had one game this year where it was 9-1.
