Effenberger scores 15, extends 3-point shooting streak to 32

Cal State East Bay guard Laci Effenberger of Ketchikan scored 15 points and hit four 3-pointers in tonight’s 64-63 loss to Cal State San Bernardino.

The senior starter sank 5-of-13 field goals and added three rebounds, two assists and two steals.

Effenberger has now drilled at least one 3-pointer in 32 straight games dating back to last season for the NCAA D2 Pioneers.

She is averaging 11.8 points in 17 games.
