The 32-year-old starting guard scored 9 points on 3-of-4 shooting from 3-point range.
Oleson, of North Pole High fame, is averaging 5.4 points in 16 games this season, his 12th as a professional.
The 6-foot-3 sharpshooter has made 17-of-35 3s for a team-best .486 percentage.
