Fresh off an incredible indoor season, Liberty University freshman Michael Todd of Anchorage didn’t waste any time now that it’s outdoor season.
He made his outdoor 800 debut today at the Winthrop Invitational in Rock Hill, South Carolina, where he didn’t win but did clock a personal-best time of 1:51.10. He lost in a photo finish.
Todd, of Anchorage Christian fame, was the Big South Freshman of the Year for indoor track after breaking the conference record in winning the 800 in 1:52.43 and being part of the victorious 4×400 relay.
