‘Air’ Feckley gets back on track for undefeated Dubuque football

University of Dubuque quarterback Conor Feckley of Anchorage got back to the air game.

One week after his lowest output of the season the nation’s leading touchdown passer got back to business in Dubuque’s 35-17 victory over Central College in D3 action in Pella, Iowa.

He completed 28-of-50 passes for five touchdowns and 349 yards. His fourth scoring strike went for 80 yards at the end of the second quarter.

Feckley, of West High fame, came into the game ranked No. 1 nationally with 15 touchdown passes. He now has 20.

He was ranked second in passing yards, increasing his season total to 1,698.

Dubuque is 5-0 on the year.
