Juneau’s Jacob Calloway had his first double-figure scoring game since before Christmas to help Southern Utah University snap a long losing streak.

The freshman came off the bench to drain five 3-pointers on his way to scoring 16 points in an 84-68 win over Northern Arizona in Cedar City, Utah.

The win snapped SUU’s 11-game losing streak.

Calloway, of Thunder Mountain High fame, made all five of his 3-point attempts to go with a free throw.

The 6-foot-8 forward also grabbed four rebounds and passed off two assists in 16 minutes.

He raised his season average to 6.5 points in 14.6 minutes per game.

Calloway has reached double digits six times in 25 games, with a season-high of 19 points.
