Klie adjusts to new role as role player in Canada’s NBL

The rookie has played a reserve role with the Niagara River Lions of Canada’s NBL as he adjusts to the pro game.
He had his best game against the St. John’s Edge when he collected season highs in points [13] and rebounds [9] in a 105-91 loss. He played 18 minutes.
The 6-foot-4 guard drained 6-of-9 field goals to give him almost as many points in one night as he had in the first four games combined [14].
Klie, of Service High fame, is averaging 5.4 points and 5.4 rebounds.
