Harris plays to win in Greece, even if his team isn’t winning

His team in Greece has lost seven straight games, yet Anchorage’s Ramon Harris continues to play a winning brand of basketball.

The 6-foot-7 forward pumped in 17 points to reach double figures for the fourth straight game as Kolossos dropped an 87-63 decision to Panathinaikos in the country’s top division.

The former University of Kentucky standout was coming off a 16-point game. Before that he collected a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds.

Harris, of West High fame, is averaging 9.3 points and 5.0 rebounds in 23 games.

He ranks second on the team in minutes, rebounds, 3-point field goals and 3-point percentage (.429).
