Panoam nets double figures on near-perfect shooting for UND
Anchorage’s Bentiu Panoam reached double figures for the second time in the last four games with 15 points on 7-for-8 shooting as the University of North Dakota lost 81-76 to Montana State in Bozeman, Montana.
The 6-foot-2 sophomore sparked a 12-2 run in the second half with seven straight points and finished with a plus-7.
Panoam, of Bartlett High fame, has averaged 11.5 points over his last four games, thanks to a lights-out .667 shooting percentage. That includes a season-high 18 points against Minnesota Morris.
