Hale finds her groove in Germany, ranks among scoring leaders
A big-time scorer in college, DaJonee Hale of Anchorage is now a big-time scorer as a professional player in Germany.
The rookie guard leads her Bamberg team and ranks third in the league in scoring at 20.1 points per game entering the holiday break.

In college, the 5-foot-9 Alaskan was a three-time NAIA All-American and 2,000-point career scorer at Central Methodist University, and was selected NAIA Player of the Year as a senior.
She is having the same success against opponents in Germany, leading Bamberg to an 8-1 record – the fourth best mark among the 20 teams in the country’s second division.
