Anchorage’s Carle, Hausinger score in same Hockey East game
For a little while there, Anchorage’s Alex Carle and Kenny Hausinger dominated a Hockey East game.
Carle scored the first goal for Merrimack College early in the first period and Hausinger tied the game with a goal for University of Massachusetts-Lowell early in the second period.
Things stayed tied until midway through the second period. The final was 3-3.
Carle, a 6-foot senior defenseman, has collected 2-7—9 season totals in 32 games.

Hausinger, a 5-foot-9 junior forward, netted his 10th goal of the season to match his career high.
