Sorenson named ECHL’s Player of the Month for January

Tanner Sorenson
The most productive month of his professional career helped Tanner Sorenson of Anchorage get recognized as the ECHL Player of the Month for January.
The 25-year-old forward with the Kalamazoo Wings racked up 9-11—20 totals in 11 games.
Sorenson posted at least one point nine times and collected six multi-point games, highlighted by a six-point game on Jan. 16 against the Fort Wayne Komets and a hat trick Jan. 5 against the Cincinnati Cyclones.
In 27 games this season the former Michigan State University star has recorded 13-23—36 totals.
