With end of career in sight, Auble kicks things into overdrive
Levi Auble of Valdez has come alive for Biola University.
The 6-foot-6 senior forward is averaging 15 points in the month of February – twice his career scoring average with the NCAA D2 team in La Mirada, California.
He has reached double digits in five of six games this month, highlighted by a season-high 23 points on Feb. 4 against Hawaii Hilo and 19 points last night against Chaminade.
Auble, of ACS fame, is averaging 9.3 points per game in 25 appearances. He is hitting .571 percent of his field goals, thanks to 101-for-177 shooting.
