Dunbar places second in DC mile, just misses a sub-4 time

Kodiak’s Trevor Dunbar narrowly missed recording a sub-4-minute mile at the DC Road Runners Track Championships in Washington, D.C.
The former NCAA All-American finished second out of a dozen finishers in 4:01.39.
Dunbar, of Kodiak High fame, has posted a sub-4 mile three times in his career.
In 2016, he became the first Alaskan to break the magical 4-minute barrier in 3:59.06. In 2017, he posted a PR of 3:55.54.
